In Europe, Christmas markets are a long-standing tradition – filled with artisan crafts, mouthwatering comfort foods, bustling crowds, and incredible light displays. They are gathering places for communities to celebrate the holiday season together. Dazzled by the beauty of these Christmas festivities and decorations, our owners, Justin and Michelle, sought to bring some of that magic home. Thus, Hallmark Lights was born. Hallmark Lights draws inspiration from the lighting displays at Christmas markets in France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and other European nations. We also draw inspiration from the Scandinavian concept of hygge, which describes feelings of coziness, warm comfort, and belonging – akin to the feeling of sitting by a warm fireplace in comfortable clothing, surrounded by friends and family. Our mission is to spread holiday cheer and bring communities closer together by crafting elegant lighting displays for homes and businesses.
