CLIPA (Christmas Light Installation Pros Association) was founded in 2017 as a Facebook group of Christmas Light Installers helping each other.
It has since grown to over 8k members.
The mission of CLIPA is to better our industry and provide consumers with a network of Christmas Light Installation Professionals that are properly trained and qualified to make certain that their customer satisfaction level is as high as possible.
Born in San Diego, CA, and I proudly represent the first generation of Christmas Light Installers in my family. My Christmas Light journey began in 1998 when I started hanging Christmas lights in San Diego, all while maintaining my day job at Ruth’s Chris. Although I ventured into the mortgage industry for a few years, my true calling led me down a different path when establishing a marketing company.
Through dedication and hard work, our marketing company flourished, achieving an impressive $6.5 Million in its second year of operation. However, fate had other plans, and in 2008, the building industry faced a significant challenge. Faced with a tough decision, I embraced the challenge and persevered.
After selling the marketing company, I returned to my genuine passion – Christmas Lights. Since then, I have specialized in commercial installations across California and have had the privilege of mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs eager to enter the industry. My journey has been shaped by determination, adaptability, and a commitment to embracing the opportunities that come my way.
Courtney is a passionate creative with an eye for detail who found her calling in bringing joy to people’s lives through holiday decorations, and helping businesses grow in the Christmas light industry. Courtney brings a fresh and creative approach to the world of holiday lighting.
As an account executive at CLIPA, she helps installers grow their businesses and bring holiday cheer to communities across the country. She prides herself on providing top-notch customer service and ensuring that every client receives the support and direction they need.
Courtney is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest technology and trends in the industry, and is always eager to share her knowledge and insights with others. Her dedication to helping entrepreneurs succeed has made her a trusted partner and advisor to many in the Christmas light industry.
In her free time, Courtney can be found immersing herself in the latest design technology, enjoying live indie music, and trying new restaurants. She is also passionate about giving back to her community, and volunteers her time to help others.
Chelsea an Orange County native that can easily be described as a savvy, high-energy, and results-oriented professional. Since 2018, Chelsea has been responsible for sales activities for commercial properties and assigned accounts.
Along with presenting and selling products for CLIPA and Celebration Holiday Studio, Chelsea knows the importance of meeting her client’s needs, building long-lasting relationships, and consistently delivering a “white glove” experience to her clients. Chelsea also participates in industry Conferences, Seminars, Trade Shows, and Special Events across the country.
While outside of work, Chelsea enjoys giving back to the community, exploring new restaurants and coffee shops with her husband, or playing with her 2 dogs Remi and Carl.
Brook is the dynamic Managing Partner at CLIPA, where her exceptional expertise and compassionate leadership drive our success. With a Bachelor’s degree in finance from SDSU and a Master’s in education, she seamlessly blends financial acumen with a people-centric approach. Her extensive background in finance and human resources fuels CLIPA’s growth.
As a dedicated mother of three and soon-to-be grandmother, Brook embodies balance in both her personal and professional life. Beyond the office, she conquers marathons, showcasing her tenacity, and finds inspiration exploring new destinations. Her journey is a testament to resilience, knowledge, and a global perspective, shaping CLIPA’s values and vision.

When she is not at the office you will find Katreena spending quality time with her son and her tuxedo cat Binx (who plays fetch).
