Over 20 years ago the founders of CLIPA started a Christmas Light Installations Company in San Diego, CA.  That company has since grown to become a leader in the industry, now installing Christmas lights and decorations on tens of thousands of homes, municipalities and commercial properties around the U.S and Canada.

In 2016 they founded CLIPA as resource for both consumers and Christmas light Installers.

The mission of CLIPA is to better our industry and provide consumers with a network of Christmas Light Installation Professionals that are properly trained and qualified to make certain that their customer satisfaction level is as high as possible.  To ensure this satisfaction, CLIPA provides its members with an arsenal of resources such as:
